Our Process
We’re committed to every detail of your project from start to finish.
Each project is unique but here is what our average process looks like.
Discovery Call
The first step is to do a discovery call and learn about you and your project. We will make sure that we are the right fit for your project and ensure that our services, products, timelines and budgets work with your vision and we are the right contractor for you.

In Home Consultation
After the initial discovery call, we will schedule an in-home meeting so we can take a look at the project, take pictures, discuss your wishes and collect necessary info for the estimate. Sometimes, for simple projects, we can also provide a ballpark or an estimate based on pictures.

Free Estimate
We will use the information gathered during your consultation to put together an estimate for you. Once we email you the estimate, you may chose to schedule a zoom call or another in-person meeting to review the estimate, ask questions or make changes.

Client Input & Approval
Once you’re happy with the proposed plan and the cost of the project, we will work with you to finalize all the details of your project (scope and materials), review the contract and discuss the game plan from contract signing to project completion.

Design & Permitting
Once you signed the contract, we jump right into the designs and planning. The firs goal is to settle on the layout so that we can submit for permits. While we wait for the Building Department to review and approve the plans, we work on the material selections and begin ordering the materials.

Construction
We will ensure that you have everything you need onsite (materials ordered, permits, etc) and we have discussed all the details of the process with you to make sure this process is as comfortable as possible for you.

Project Completion
We will work with you through every step of the project to ensure that the end result is what you envisioned and is functional so that you and your family can confidently know that your home not only looks beautiful but will last a long time.
